Your Legal Duty to Prevent Sexual Harassment: Changes to WHS Laws

  • Online

Under the amendments to the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011, introduced by the Work Health and Safety (Sexual Harassment) Amendment Regulation 2024, all PCBUs in Queensland must prepare a prevention plan to manage risks to workers, or other persons at work, relating to sexual harassment or sex or gender-based harassment at work.

In this webinar, we will unpack Queensland’s new positive duty to prevent sexual harassment at work, offering practical strategies to translate legal obligations into meaningful action. Drawing on real-world examples and a solutions-focused approach, we will unpack how to assess risks, implement preventative measures, and foster safe and respectful workplaces.
